Evolving into an Integrated Architectural Enterprise for the Future

Modern architecture has evolved into a complex entity that integrates diverse functions such as work, commerce, residential, and production facilities. As a result, professional and systematic approaches are increasingly required, not only in design but also in operation, maintenance, and management.

MAP Group leverages advanced design methodologies and cutting-edge digital technologies to provide optimized solutions that address these complex demands. By incorporating Virtual Reality (VR) for spatial and aesthetic simulations, along with the adoption of Building Information Modeling (BIM), we conduct precise analyses of project budgets, schedules, and technical requirements in advance. In addition, by actively implementing eco-friendly design technologies, we contribute to reducing maintenance costs and creating sustainable environments for the future.

Built upon global-level engineering and design capabilities, MAP Group is continuously enhancing efficiency throughout the entire lifecycle of architectural projects.

MAP Group’s Construction Management (CM): Creating Maximum Value with Minimum Cost

MAP Group’s Construction Management (CM) services are designed to deliver maximum value with optimized costs. By applying advanced cost management methodologies, we ensure projects are completed within budget while minimizing design changes through constructability reviews and implementing practical management strategies.

From the earliest planning stages through design, construction, and facility maintenance, we work to maximize value for our clients. By conducting thorough business feasibility studies, overseeing designer selection and design management, and implementing effective cost and schedule controls, we provide optimal solutions that reduce construction and lifecycle costs while achieving the highest levels of quality and performance.

Since its foundation, MAP Group has been dedicated to advancing architectural design by seamlessly integrating cutting-edge digital technologies such as Midas to REVIT, Building Information Modeling (BIM), Virtual Reality (VR), and Digital Twin solutions.

Through the integration of Midas and REVIT, we enhance the precision and efficiency of structural design. By leveraging BIM, we build comprehensive information models that cover the entire lifecycle of a building from design and construction to maintenance enabling systematic project management. In addition, the application of VR technology provides clients with realistic spatial experiences even before project completion, supporting accurate decision-making. Furthermore, the implementation of Digital Twin technology allows us to collect and analyze building operational data in real time, maximizing energy efficiency and optimizing facility performance.

Through the integrated use of these advanced technologies, MAP Group delivers accurate and efficient architectural services from the design stage to construction and operation, leading the digital transformation of the architectural industry through continuous innovation.
