KIA Motors Andhra Pradesh Plant, India

The Kia Anantapur plant, completed in December 2019, is a manufacturing facility located in Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh, India. It is a state-of-the-art complete vehicle production plant with an annual production capacity of 300,000 units on a 2.16 million㎡ site. The facility is designed with production lines for eco-friendly vehicles such as hybrid cars and electric vehicles, and incorporates various smart technologies including a 100% factory water recycling system, over 450 robotic automation equipment, and an automatic vehicle model and specification recognition system using smart tags.
