Vice Chairman Kim Chan Joong Releases Professional Book on Project Construction Management

MAP CM announced the publication of the English edition of Project Construction Management, authored by Vice Chairman Kim Chan Joong.

The book is composed of two parts. The first part explores the roles and responsibilities of professional project managers based on the author’s real-world experiences and academic theories, covering various project delivery systems such as Turnkey, EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction), CM at Risk, and PCM.

The second part focuses on bid management, analyzing successful cases of securing major domestic and international projects while offering practical lessons for the field.

The book is authored by Kim Chan Joong and published by Spacetime Publishing Co.
