MAP Group Hosts Its First OPEN HOUSE for 2027 Graduate Recruitment

On October 21, 2026, MAP Group hosted its first 2027 Graduate Recruitment OPEN HOUSE at its new headquarters, MAP DESIGN CAMPUS.

The event was collaboratively organized by MAP’s young team leaders and Public Relations Team to introduce aspiring architects to the company’s vision, organizational culture, and recruitment process. Selected participants, invited through a pre-registration process, were given a unique opportunity to experience MAP’s workplace, people, and culture firsthand.

The program began with an introduction to MAP Group, followed by welcoming remarks from Vice Chairman Yoo Hoon, Head of the Design Division. Participants were then provided with an overview of the ongoing 2027 recruitment process, including key schedules, practical guidance, and useful tips for the design assessment. The session also introduced MAP’s organizational structure, corporate culture, and working environment, offering valuable insights into life at MAP.

Following the presentations, participants joined a guided tour of MAP DESIGN CAMPUS, exploring the company's newly established headquarters and experiencing the spaces where MAP's architects and engineers work and collaborate.

One of the highlights of the event was an informal networking session held on the rooftop terrace. Over refreshments, participants had the opportunity to engage with MAP architects from previous graduate recruitment cohorts, exchanging thoughts and asking questions about recruitment preparation, professional experiences, and everyday life at the company. The relaxed atmosphere encouraged open conversations and meaningful connections.

The event concluded with a special appearance by Chairman Han Il-ho, who offered words of encouragement to the aspiring architects and joined them for a commemorative group photograph. Participants also received souvenirs as a token of appreciation for their visit.

More than a conventional recruitment information session, the inaugural OPEN HOUSE provided an opportunity for future architects to connect with MAP Group through its people, spaces, and culture.
