History
Since its establishment in 1994, MAP Architecture Group has provided Total Design & Engineering Services across various design fields including architectural design, engineering, plant, CM (Construction Management), and supervision, leveraging its unparalleled technical expertise accumulated over 30 years in the high-tech design sector.

In 2024, as MAP Architecture celebrates its 30th anniversary, we have solidified our position as a global architectural engineering group by operating local subsidiaries and branch offices across 12 countries worldwide, including the United States, Europe (Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia), and Asia (Vietnam, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mongolia, China).
Through continuous change and innovation, MAP Architecture leads the currents of our time and aspires to become a century-old enterprise that creates sustainable buildings for future generations and contributes to building a better world. We are opening new chapters in the global architectural industry while showcasing the excellence of Korean architectural technology to the world.

The MAP Group's continuous investment in technological innovation is particularly noteworthy. Through the establishment of our BIM Research Institute in 2008, we introduced advanced design systems and devoted ourselves to developing new technologies, resulting in our achievement of winning BIM Awards for two consecutive years in 2014.
Furthermore, through the establishment of KPEC Engineering Co., Ltd., a specialized plant comprehensive engineering company, we have significantly expanded our business scope and evolved into a comprehensive architectural engineering group.

MAP Architecture Group has opened new horizons for South Korea's architecture industry. Their journey began in 1994 as Hanteo In Comprehensive Architectural Office Co., Ltd. Initially established as an architectural firm specializing in industrial facility design, the company reached a pivotal turning point in 2001 with the joining of Chairman Han Il-ho, marking a bold expansion of their business scope.
In 2003, the Hyundai Motor Company Beijing Plant project in China served as the signal for MAP Architecture Group's overseas expansion. Despite the limited international presence of domestic architectural firms at that time, they established a foundation for successful global expansion through their challenging spirit toward new markets. Starting with this project, they have proven their outstanding capabilities worldwide as a trusted partner accompanying Korean companies' global expansion, advancing into India, the United States, Vietnam, and other countries around the world.
