Korea’s CM (Construction Project Management) sector has steadily developed with the desire of builders to expect more competitive buildings within a given budget.

MAP CM has been newly launched as a new division of the ‘MAP Architecture Group’, which has been recognized for its rich experience and track record in high-tech architectural design over the past 30 years. It will provide a total solution for all architectural owners in the future.

For the past more than 20 years, I have been growing the CM industry in Korea by integrating the construction project management Know-how of advanced countries into our construction sites at Parsons Brinkerhoff. The newly launched MAP CM wants to contribute more progressively to the construction of the global construction market by combining the global network of MAP architecture and design technology.

MAP CM will continue to grow by harmonizing the rational perspective of advanced countries with the technical characteristics of the Republic of Korea, and we will do our best to provide high-quality CM services to architects. We will provide the best service by following fundamental principles and beliefs in order to protect the interests as the best partner of the owner.
