Winner of Seoul Yeongdeungpo Public Housing District S-1BL Design Competition

In September 2024, we won the Seoul Yeongdeungpo Public Housing District S-1BL design competition.

This is the first public-led jjokbang-chon (single-room housing) redevelopment project that SH Corporation has been promoting since 2020 through a joint implementation agreement with Korea Land & Housing Corporation (LH) and Yeongdeungpo-gu for the 'Yeongdeungpo Jjokbang-chon Public Housing Project.' This is a highly significant project that aims to restore urban and transit-oriented functions through the redevelopment of the deteriorated Yeongdeungpo jjokbang-chon area.
