여의도 포스트 타워
With the concept of “Filling 33 different landscapes of Yeouido on the 33rd floor of the post office,” a new landmark has been planned for Yeouido, standing 33 stories tall (156.8 meters) above ground. Located in Yeouido, it is the highest landmark with excellent views over the Hangang River.
The main functions of the building will include postal services (logistics, counters, and management) and rental facilities. The post office counter is placed on the first floor to enhance customer accessibility, optimizing zoning plans to balance profitability and convenience. Additionally, a space has been created to improve the working environment of employees, ensuring independence from each facility.
‘여의도의 33가지 풍경을 우정사업의 33층에 담다’라는 컨셉으로 지상 33층(156.8m) 규모로 여의도의 새로운 랜드마크를 계획하였다. 여의나루로에 위치한 최고 높이의 랜드마크로 한강 및 여의도로의 조망이 훌륭하다. 주요 기능은 우체국 업무(물류, 창구, 관리)와 임대시설로 구성된다.
우체국 창구는 1층에 배치하여고객 접근의 편리성을 높였고 수익성과 편의성을 동시에 고려한 최적의 조닝 계획을 했다. 또한 시설별로 독립적이면서도 직원들의 업무환경 향상을 위한 공간 구획을 하였다.
