Users are the center and expand the space, accumulating traces of time together over time.
By providing a small architectural device called a life kit, we proposed a residential complex that becomes a life kit-on in which exchanges between our lives and neighbors actively work.
Each node point, which secured as many beautiful views as possible and considered public nature, established a natural approach system to secure clear territoriality, and created an open space where exchanges take place without disconnection from the complex to the city.
사용자가 중심이 되어 공간을 확장해 나가며 시간의 흐름 속에서 함께 세월의 흔적을 쌓아가는 것이다.
라이프 키트라는 작은 건축적 장치를 제공함으로써 우리의 삶과 이웃 간의 교류가 능동적으로 작동하는 라이프 키트 온이 되는 주거단지
를 제안하였다.
전 세대 남향 및 주변의 수려한 조망을 최대한 확보하고 공공성을 고려한 각 노드점은 자연스러운 접근 체계를 구성하여 명확한 영역성을 확보하였으며 단지에서 수변공원을 충분히 조망하는 특화 주동과도시와 단절되지 않고 교류가
일어나는 열린 공간을 조성하였다.
