HDC I PARK Cheongju Gakyung-district APT is planned from four perspectives.

First, IN SPACE!, tailored to the young demand based on surrounding industrial complexes, it proposes a complex consisting of a spacious 10,000㎡ plaza and practical unit spaces accommodating diverse lifestyles of residents.

Secondly, designed for socially stable previous demand, IN NATURE suggests an economically designed complex with safe and ecofriendly features, connected by two tree-lined streets for a healthy life alongside nature.

본 계획안은 성공적인 설계안을 도출하기 위하여 IN SPACE, IN NATURE, IN VALUE라는 세 가지의 관점으로 진행하였다.

첫째, 주변 산업단지를 기반으로 하는 젊은 수요자에 맞춘 IN SPACE는 거주자의 다양한 삶을 담는 10000㎡의 넓은 광장과 실용적인 단위세대 공간으로 이루어진 단지로 제안하였다.

둘째 사회적으로 안정된 이전수요자를 위한 IN NATURE는 자연과 함께 건강한 삶을 위해 2개의 가로수 길로 연결된 안전한 친환경 단서도 경제적인 디자인을 제시하였다.
