A population of 10,227 households - 27,000 people will make up a three-dimensional complex city in the target area of 294,711 pyeong. 61.4% of the total area is residential, and 38.6% is commercial. The development aims to connect the Yeongjong area, Cheongra area, and Seoul using above and underground space, as well as air space. It is the only multi complex city in Korea with the goal of creating a low-density-high-rise residential environment and high quality city.

대상면적은 29만4711평으로 1만227가구와 인구 2만7천명의 입체복합도시로 조성될 것이다. 가정오거리지구의 경우 전체 면적의 61.4%는 주거지역, 38.6%는 상업지역으로 각각 구분된다. 개발은 영종지구와 청라지구 및 서울을 지하•지상•공중공간을 활용해 연결하는 국내 유일한 입체복합도시로 저밀 고층의 주거환경과 고품격 도시 형성을 목표로 추진된다.
